The fruitmap.org project aims to map the different kinds of fruit trees found in urban environments. Using an interactive map and simple search, it lets visitors see the fruit trees already mapped in a given area. We want to encourage visitors to add the fruit trees that are not yet marked, and to make doing so as easy as possible.
Fruitmap.org started as a semester project at the Digital Media Studio of the Academy of Arts in Banská Bystrica.
